F2F Workshops & Online Courses

F2F Workshops T&Cs

You must be 18 years or over to register for an event.

As an educator, school employee, casual relief teacher, professional, leader, tertiary student, parent and/or business person, who is registering for this event, you have the relevant permission from your school/organisation/business to pay for this registration or  you are agreeing to pay for this event yourself. If the person registered is unable to attend the registered event, someone else from your school, organisation, business, network or family is welcome to attend in their place (please inform Edumazing of any changes prior to the event). We understand circumstances can change and this is why we allow cancellations/withdrawals up to the advertised withdrawal date for the event (excluding events that specifically indicate cancellations are not accepted due to the high cost of running these events e.g. Conferences, Innovation Meets, Seminars). Withdrawal/cancellation dates are indicated on the registration page. The cut-off date is the last day you can register for the event, and is NOT the withdrawal/cancellation date. All events run subject to minimum numbers. If the event is cancelled by Edumazing due to unforeseen circumstances, the total amount you paid for the registration will be refunded only.  Edumazing does not accept liability for payment of any associated costs.  If event dates are rescheduled, registrants must give written permission via email if they will or won’t be attending the new scheduled date. Upon registering for an event, you will receive an email notification to confirm you have a place at the event. If you do not receive an email confirmation within two working days of registering for an event, please contact Edumazing via email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or phone 9731 1400.  All transactions and advertised costs are in Australian Dollars.

Invoice Payments

If you are representing a school, organisation or business, and your nominated school, organisation or business refuses payment of the invoice, for any reason, you will be held personally responsible for the payment of the invoice. If you are a parent/guardian who is registering for an event, you are agreeing to be personally responsible for payment of the invoice. All invoices are to be paid within 7 days of the Invoice date. Invoices can be paid by Direct Debit, Cheque or Credit card (over the phone). We do not accept cash payments. If the person registered to attend an event is unable to attend after the withdrawal date, we recommend sending someone in their place, as all registrations are final and you will be charged as if you/they attended. To avoid a late fee, please make payment as per terms stated on your invoice.

Credit Card Payments

We only accept Visa or MasterCard. Credit card payments will incur a 1.3% surcharge. Please choose carefully if you are paying via Credit card as we do not give refunds if you change your mind, make a wrong decision or pay after the advertised withdrawal date and time of a scheduled event. If applicants cancel their registration for an event prior to the withdrawal date and time, refunds are issued for credit card payments and a service fee will apply.
