Georgina Pazzi is a Specialist Education and Wellbeing Consultant. She works within Government, Catholic and Independent Primary, Secondary and Special Schools, as well as Early Childhood, Tertiary, Business and Not-for-Profit organisations to improve leadership, learning and wellbeing. She has over 35 years of expertise in educational leadership including school cultural change, curriculum innovation, digital learning, progressive pedagogies, coaching, working with diverse students, transforming challenging behaviour, differentiation, assessment, and reporting. She has led key government educational initiatives, developed successful and sustainable learning, wellbeing, and leadership programs, and consulted for the Department of Education in Victoria, Australia. As an expert teaching practitioner, Georgina works extensively in classrooms with teachers and their diverse students to improve practice, student outcomes and inclusive learning environments. Georgina is also an outstanding learning and wellbeing coach, working holistically with at risk students from preschool to Year 12 and their families.

Her extensive research and expertise in education, wellbeing, behaviour transformation and digital learning, led to the development of Human Literacy™ as a progressive, sustainable curriculum approach that holistically transforms leadership, teaching, learning and wellbeing. Georgina is known internationally as an inspiring speaker, researcher, businesswoman, philanthropist and strong advocate for educators, young people, and parents to ensure lifelong learning success.  Georgina was previously an Assistant Principal in a large two campus P-9 College. Her passion for excellence in education has been recognised in state and national awards.
