With over 23 years of experience in education, I am a passionate educator who believes in a holistic view of an individual's learning and wellbeing. I hold a Bachelor of Biological Sciences, Postgraduate Certificate in Education (Secondary) and Master of Education (Special Education and Inclusion), and currently lecturing in Learning Diversity within the Education Faculty at La Trobe University. Also, I co direct TargetEd Pty. Ltd. which focus on tutoring and coaching all learner types, with specialisation in supporting students with learning diversity needs.

As a lifelong learner, I am a passionate and curious learner who views education as an ongoing journey, and when working with individuals, I value the privilege of building a learning partnership that is founded on trust and honesty.  As an educator, special education specialist and ADHD coach, I recognise that we all learn differently, thus approach capacity building and empowering individuals from a strengths-based lens, while providing new strategies that can assist with acquiring new skills. I draw on a range of strategies and skills when working 1-on-1 with individuals or in a small group setting, to develop capacity and skills in organisation and to maintain academic excellence and to achieve their personal best.
